About Our Classes

  • CrossFit

    A coach-led one-hour class with classic CrossFit programming involving metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting, SCALED FOR ALL ability levels.

  • Rowing Club

    A coach-led one-hour class with classic CrossFit programming involving metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting, SCALED FOR ALL ability levels with added focus on proper rowing technique and speed and endurance training with the rowing machine. (Concept2 Ergometer)

  • Free Intro Class

    A 1-hour class introduction to CrossFit and a pre-requisite for the first-time CrossFit athlete, that includes a short, scaled workout.

  • On-Ramp

    A series of one-hour classes to become familiar with the varied CrossFit movements and skills. This is a pre-requisite to joining regular CrossFit and CrossFit Crew classes.

  • CrossFit Kids

    An exciting and fun class structure for kids to exercise, play and learn healthy lifestyle habits. In each workout, children will learn and practice functional movements involving exercises that are fundamental to all things in sports and play. Kids will gain skill in strength, flexibility, coordination, agility and balance. Children are grouped by age- 3-5 years and 5-14 years.

  • CrossFit Masters

    A coach-led, classic CrossFit programming involving metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting scaled for both the “Early and Later Masters athletes”. Whether the goal is wellness (general health) or performance (sport-related), the class emphasizes best training practices for the Masters athlete.

  • Yoga

    This yoga class is an excellent complement to the sport of CrossFit and can benefit athletes with diverse backgrounds and abilities. Yoga can give a CrossFit athlete the opportunity to work on the areas they’re weakest in and can help restore and correct muscle and joint imbalances. It is open to all levels and abilities! Each week will be a unique combination of yoga postures designed to improve range of motion and mobility through deep stretching, relaxation, and conscious breathing techniques as well as improve balance, posture, and coordination through poses designed to increase core stability and overall body awareness.
