Yearly Unlimited Membership

Open Gym
$105/month
Open gym memberships are available for athletes that would prefer to work out on their own, with their own programming, outside of trainer-led classes. An introductory class to our gym and approval is required for this type of membership. An electronic key card will be provided for a one-time $10 fee.
Nutrition Coaching
$250/month
Nutrition is the foundation of the CrossFit methodology. Our Nutrition Coaching Program is designed to help you improve performance in the gym, optimize recovery, and feel your best every day. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or better energy, our coaches guide you through a personalized approach that fits your lifestyle.
Program Features:
• Macro Tracking and Education: Learn how to fuel your body with the right balance of protein, carbohydrates, and fats to support your unique goals.
• Lifestyle Modifications: Build simple and sustainable habits around sleep, hydration, and daily routines that drive lasting results.
• Stress Management Tools: Develop strategies to reduce stress so it no longer interferes with your health, recovery, or performance.
• Fitness Integration: Align your nutrition with exercise to maximize progress inside and outside the gym.
What is Included:
• Weekly Check-Ins: 1:1 accountability with your coach to track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan as needed.
• Biweekly Community Calls: Live calls where you can learn, ask questions, and connect with others who share similar goals.
• Monthly Body Composition Scans: Objective tracking of fat mass, lean muscle, and progress beyond the scale weight.
• Community Group Chat: Ongoing support, motivation, and encouragement from both your coach and fellow participants.
This program is not about fad diets or temporary solutions. It is about building a foundation of habits, accountability, and confidence that allow you to thrive long-term.

10 Pass
10 Passes for $150
Only in special circumstances, such as out-of-town visitors or extended family memberships, we offer 10 classes for $150. This is available only to CrossFit-experienced athletes.
Yoga
10 classes for $150
Our yoga class, taught by a certified Yoga Instructor and CrossFit SPRC athlete, will focus on large muscle groups to open and release tension and stress from overworked muscles while allowing you to take time for yourself to find stillness that translates to calmness off the mat.
Youth Membership
$105/month
Taught by Certified CrossFit coaches and available to youth, ages 13-18 as well as college students. Scaled weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning are taught to address improved fitness. Core strengthening, aerobic fitness, and proper barbell training are essential for aspiring athletes.
Summer Student Membership
$300 May 15 through August
College students can enjoy unlimited access to all group classes over the summer break including CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Sunday Abs, and Open Gym hours.
